Satsang is an ancient spiritual practice. People gather with a teacher and engage in a calming conversation about the nature of reality, self-realization, and all aspects of human experience. Satsang means “in the company of truth” .

Sangha means community. Being part of The Eternal Light community means you are a part of a network of members across the globe that host focused meetups in your community, celebrating the teachings of self-realization, have discussions, meditate and share food.
