Hope you are doing well. This is a Self-Paced course, students watch and listen to the pre-recorded course on their computers independently. Each meditation is about 15-20 minutes long. There is no time limit or deadline for the course to be completed and once you are signed up it is available to you for life.
This foundation course will give you the tools you need to build a stable meditation practice.
